Giveaway rules

1. Entry is free

No purchase is necessary and no payment is ever required to enter or to win. We will never ask you for a card number, a bank detail, a gift-card code, or the password to any account. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for a payment, it is not us — report it to support.

2. Who can enter

• You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You must give a real name, a working email address and a phone number you can be reached on.
• One entry per person, per prize pool. Duplicate entries to the same pool are removed.
• You may enter as many different pools as you like — each is drawn separately.

3. Prize pools

Each category — consoles, game redeem codes, and wallet credit — is its own pool with its own draw. A console entry never competes against a code entry. The pools open on the site are the pools currently accepting entries; a pool that is full or closed is hidden.

4. How winners are chosen

Entries are verified first: we check the details submitted are complete and plausible, and remove duplicates and obviously fake entries. Verified entries then go into the draw for their pool. Winners are selected at random from the verified entries at the end of each round.

5. Being notified

Every status change is emailed to the address on your entry, and you can check your status yourself at any time with the tracking code we send you. Check your spam and promotions folders — that is where most missed emails end up.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be redrawn.

6. Delivery

• Physical prizes (consoles) are shipped free to the delivery address on your entry. Make sure it is correct and complete — we cannot re-ship a prize that was delivered to a wrong address you supplied.
• Digital prizes (game codes, wallet credit) are sent to the email address on your entry and also shown on your tracking page.
• Any import duty, customs charge or local tax on a physical prize is the winner's responsibility.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. If a specific prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

7. Disqualification

We may remove an entry that uses false details, that duplicates another entry in the same pool, that is submitted by an automated script, or that is made in a way that is unfair to other entrants.

8. Your data

What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy. In short: we use your details to run the draw and deliver prizes, and nothing else.

9. Not affiliated with any manufacturer or publisher

Win Pool is an independent giveaway. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with Sony Interactive Entertainment, Samsung Electronics, Microsoft, Valve, Epic Games or any game publisher or device manufacturer. Console names, phone names, game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the prizes are.

10. Changes

We may update these rules; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Entries already submitted are governed by the rules in force when they were submitted.
